- Position Specific Description The Senior Assurance Analyst provides nuclear oversight and assessment activities for Duane Arnold Energy Center.
- This role performs independent supplier audits and assessments to evaluate supplier compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality assurance standards, procurement requirements, and industry expectations.
- The Senior Assurance Analyst assesses supplier performance and quality program effectiveness to ensure products and services meet nuclear safety and operational requirements.
- In this role you will identify opportunities for improvement, verify corrective actions, and provide objective evaluations that support nuclear safety, operational excellence, supplier performance, and continuous improvement.
- Job Overview This job is responsible for providing enterprise‑level leadership and subject matter expertise in nuclear assurance oversight activities.
- Employees in this role plan, lead, and independently execute complex audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory, licensing, quality, and contractual requirements.
- This job exercises broad technical authority and judgment to identify systemic performance risks that impact nuclear safety, reliability, and business objectives.
