Nuclear Analysis Tech C
About this role
Nuclear Analysis Tech C supporting Westinghouse's clean energy mission. You'll assist nuclear engineers in generating, assembling, and verifying nuclear analysis information—including reactor physics calculations, thermal-hydraulic data preparation, and computer model input validation—in a hybrid role at Cranberry, PA.
Responsibilities
- —Identify engineering work requiring specialized manipulative or technical skills in nuclear analysis
- —Support analysis, summarization, and preparation of nuclear analysis data into written and graphic form
- —Perform calculations using algebraic formulae and trigonometric functions for reactor analysis
- —Review computer program input using input sheets and verification check programs
- —Prepare computer input alterations and modifications based on raw nuclear analysis data
Qualifications
2 courses in Math and 2 courses in Physics, OR 60 college credits in an Engineering Curriculum with 2 courses in Math and 2 courses in Physics
Desired
Associate's Degree with Technical curriculum
