Required qualifications
- (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills ) Education/Experience Preferences: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline strongly preferred.
- Current/previous projects experience is preferred.
- Advanced degrees, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and other degrees/certifications will be considered based upon the candidate’s experience.
- Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Background/Experience Requirements: Minimum of Eight (8) years nuclear power experience in Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Work Management, or Operations is required with Ten (10) years or more preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisor/manager position is preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Build and sustain relationships across all levels of the organization including executive management and external stakeholders such as the NRC, INPO, etc.
- Thorough knowledge of safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
