Manager of engineering programs at Constellation's nuclear facilities, providing advanced technical expertise and engineering leadership for nuclear plant operations. Responsibilities

—Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs
—Serve as subject matter expert to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
—Fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability for short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations
—Perform engineering and technical tasks applying general engineering principles
—Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work with proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria, practices, procedures and codes
—Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects and programs
—Recommend equipment, new concepts and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, correct design flaws, or comply with regulatory changes
—Support emergency response duties, department coverage, and outage activities as assigned

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or related science
—OR Professional Engineer License or Active/Inactive SRO License with 5 years of engineering or related experience, including minimum 1 year of nuclear power plant experience
—Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

Desired

—People management experience
—Experience in piping, code compliance, regulations, ASME, pressure vessels, snubbers
—Knowledge of nuclear regulators and regulatory applicability
—Professional Engineer Registration
—Advanced technical degree or related coursework
