- Key Metrics 100% program readiness prior to uprate such as Fire Protection, EQ, procedures, and training complete and verified.
- Zero NRC violations or corrective action program items attributable to program gaps or procedure inadequacy.
- On-schedule delivery of procedure revisions and training curriculum updates aligned to project milestones.
- Strong integration between project engineering, site operations, and licensing – no unresolved operability or program conflicts at outage execution.
