- Reliable integration of electrical systems into plant operations.
- Successful completion of independent reviews with minimal corrective actions.
- Effective coordination between Project Leadership site engineering, Owner’s Engineer, and third parties.

Responsible for leading the electrical engineering scope of the Power Uprate projects. Ensures high-quality design, modification, and testing of electrical systems while maintaining compliance with NRC requirements, NERC reliability standards, and Vistra governance.
