Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline; typically 8+ years in product management, engineering, business development, or related roles in nuclear or highly regulated industries; strong strategic and commercial mindset with ability to build business cases; understanding of reactor technologies beyond Westinghouse PWR fleet or demonstrated ability to learn quickly; credibility with customers, engineering, sales, and senior leadership; ability to translate technical concepts into marketable solutions.
About this role
Lead product management and market development for Westinghouse Engineered Solutions across non-OEM reactor fleets (VVERs, GE-BWRs, CANDUs, AGRs), advanced reactors (SMRs), and fusion markets. Develop differentiated product portfolios, define market strategies, and drive new product introduction from concept to deployment while translating customer needs into scalable, commercially viable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Engineered Solutions across non-OEM fleets, advanced reactors, and fusion markets
- Maintain and evolve Westinghouse OEM portfolio for Nordic BWR fleet (ASEA-Atom and ABB Atom heritage)
- Build and manage niche, technology-agnostic product portfolio; adapt existing PWR offerings for new markets
- Define product roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions; drive new product introduction from concept through deployment
- Support sales and global markets with competitive positioning, technical differentiation, and customer-focused value messaging
- Partner with engineering, innovation, and supply chain to develop scalable, manufacturable solutions
- Prioritize investments using market intelligence and align portfolio execution with regional/customer needs
- Drive innovation and collaboration (internal/external) to create differentiated solutions and new business opportunities
