About this role
Lead product management strategy for Westinghouse Engineered Solutions across non-OEM nuclear fleets (VVERs, GE-BWRs, CANDUs, AGRs), advanced reactors, and fusion markets. Build differentiated, technology-agnostic product portfolios that translate market needs into scalable offerings and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- —Develop and execute growth strategies for Engineered Solutions in non-OEM fleets and new markets; identify attractive segments and market-entry priorities
- —Develop and maintain the Westinghouse OEM Nordic BWR Engineered Solutions portfolio, reflecting ASEA-Atom and ABB Atom heritage
- —Build and manage niche and technology-agnostic product portfolios; adapt existing PWR offerings for diverse reactor technologies where technically, economically, and regulatorily applicable
- —Define and own product roadmaps, business cases, and value propositions; drive new product introduction from concept through deployment
- —Support sales, tendering, and global markets teams with competitive positioning, technical differentiation, and customer-focused value messaging
- —Partner with engineering, innovation, and supply chain teams to develop scalable, manufacturable solutions for diverse reactor platforms
- —Shape Westinghouse positioning in advanced modular reactors, small modular reactors, fusion, and VVER markets through product concepts and partnership pipelines
- —Prioritize investments and align portfolio execution with regional and customer needs using market intelligence
- —Drive innovation initiatives and cross-functional collaboration to create differentiated solutions
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- —Typically 8+ years of experience in product management, engineering, business development, or related roles in nuclear industry or other highly regulated industries
- —Strong strategic and commercial mindset with ability to build business cases and product strategies
- —Understanding of reactor technologies beyond Westinghouse PWR fleet, or ability to learn quickly
- —Credibility with customers, engineering, sales, and senior leadership
- —Ability to translate technical concepts into marketable solutions
