Fuel Program Manager
About this role
Oversee nuclear fuel supply contracts at Westinghouse, managing technical requirements, delivery schedules, and commercial value. Serve as primary engineering and commercial liaison between Westinghouse and utility customers, coordinating cross-functional teams on fuel reload execution, financial planning, and contract performance.
Responsibilities
- —Ensure customer technical and delivery requirements are met while maximizing contract value
- —Serve as primary engineering and commercial contact for all contract-related communications
- —Lead major Nuclear Fuel delivery activities, including order execution and issue resolution
- —Maintain accurate billing plans and support financial targets, including revenue recognition and EBITDA
- —Update financial, business, and demand planning systems
- —Use customer scorecards and provide periodic updates to management
- —Track contract work scope and maintain knowledge of Nuclear Fuel contracts, products, and services
- —Prepare Job Order Documents for each fuel reload
- —Communicate customer needs to team members and support proposal development and contract negotiations
- —Facilitate cross-department coordination and assignment of engineering resources for technical challenges
- —Use SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS, and related tools to achieve department goals
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in engineering
- —3–5 years of experience in engineering, product line, marketing, or project organizations
- —Knowledge of fuel manufacturing, reload engineering, Nuclear Fuel products and services, commercial operations, and financial planning
- —Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Project, and EDMS
- —Prior customer-facing experience
Desired
- —6–10 years of relevant experience within the nuclear industry
- —MBA
- —Foreign language skills
