About this role
Lead a team of Fuel Contract Managers within Westinghouse's Americas PWR Fuel Delivery organization, ensuring customers receive fuel contract deliverables on schedule while driving revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow targets. This hybrid role based in Columbia, SC reports to the Sr Director, Fuel Delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage fuel customer relationships and coordinate across internal teams including PWR Fuel Delivery, Account Teams, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations to meet Safety, Quality, and OTIFWC standards
- Support the fuel offer input process, including hardware contract extensions, contractual changes, and collaboration with Americas Nuclear Fuel departments on product offerings
- Develop cost basis and recommended pricing for fuel contracts
- Provide fuel customer demand input and contractual information to establish business plan goals through collaboration with Finance and Global SIOP
- Monitor and achieve fuel business plan goals of Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash Flow by meeting delivery schedules
- Engage with Finance to monitor financial performance, report results/forecasts, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage the fuel contract invoicing process to ensure on-time and accurate invoices; work with Shared Service Center for process improvements
- Ensure accurate customer communications processes related to fuel delivery issues and other topics
- Develop capture strategy for fuel contract extensions in conjunction with Americas Fuel department and Account Teams
- Support commercial team in fuel contract negotiations to achieve Orders Entered targets
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Nuclear environment experience
