Senior leadership role for the Box Manufacturing unit at Westinghouse's fuel fabrication plant in Västerås, Sweden. You'll lead 45 employees across three manufacturing lines producing fuel boxes for nuclear fuel assemblies, balancing strategic development with operational oversight of complex manufacturing processes including bending, machining, welding, assembly, and inspection.

Lead unit operations to ensure safe, quality production output aligned with plans; manage personnel and budget; lead cross-functional management group toward operational goals; maintain customer and regulatory authority contact; oversee manufacturing processes including automatic/manual welding, machining, bending, assembly, measurement, inspection, and outsourced steps.

Engineering degree in relevant field or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years leadership experience with personnel responsibility in manufacturing; Lean methodology experience; fluent Swedish and English (spoken and written); ability to inspire and motivate team members; strong focus on safety, quality, and delivery.
