You'll lead 45 employees across three manufacturing lines producing fuel boxes for nuclear fuel assemblies, balancing strategic development with operational oversight of complex manufacturing processes including bending, machining, welding, assembly, and inspection.

Lead unit operations to ensure safe, quality production output aligned with plans; manage personnel and budget; lead cross-functional management group toward operational goals; maintain customer and regulatory authority contact; oversee manufacturing processes including automatic/manual welding, machining, bending, assembly, measurement, inspection, and outsourced steps.
