About this role

Engineer supporting nuclear plant risk assessment and safety analysis at Constellation Energy, the nation's largest clean energy producer. This role ensures all engineering products comply with safety analyses, industry codes, and NRC regulatory requirements. Available at Entry, Mid, and Senior levels.

Responsibilities

  • Assure all engineering products comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Perform probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) and engineering analyses as assigned
  • Support safety analysis and engineering work functions across nuclear plant operations
  • Perform emergency response coverage, call-outs, and outage support activities as directed by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
  • Maintain NRC access requirements or unescorted access eligibility; pass favorable medical examination per position duties
  • Mid-level (E02): 2+ years nuclear or related engineering experience
  • Senior (E03): 5+ years nuclear or related engineering experience

Desired

  • Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) experience including coursework in logic model development
