Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear)
- Ability to maintain minimum or unescorted access per NRC/DOE requirements and pass favorable medical examination/testing
- Mid-level: 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience
- Senior: 5+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience

Mechanical engineering role supporting nuclear plant operations at Constellation Energy. Responsibilities include equipment analysis, system problem-solving, engineering design reviews, and regulatory compliance. Positions available at Entry, Mid-level (2+ years nuclear experience), or Senior (5+ years nuclear experience) levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs with in-depth technical expertise
- Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through technical expertise and consultation
- Manage engineering issues end-to-end with complete task oversight and ensure work accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
- Perform configuration management and ensure adherence to standard design criteria, practices, procedures, and applicable codes
- Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses in support of technical projects and programs
- Recommend equipment upgrades, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, correct design flaws, or ensure code compliance
- Support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities as needed
Preferred qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) Registration
- Advanced technical degree or related coursework
- Fire Protection knowledge
