About this role
Management oversight of the Operations Initial and Re-qualification Training Programs, including the simulator, in accordance with Davis Besse industry, and regulatory requirements. Management oversight of the Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Chemistry, and Engineering Training Programs in accordance with Davis Besse and industry requirements.
Responsibilities
- Management oversight of the Operations Initial and Re-qualification Training Programs, including the simulator, in accordance with Davis Besse industry, and regulatory requirements.
- Management oversight of the Maintenance, Radiation Protection, Chemistry, and Engineering Training Programs in accordance with Davis Besse and industry requirements.
- Management oversight of the Industrial Technology student program, college programs, and other staffing development programs.
- Maintain active involvement with INPO/National Academy for Nuclear Training evaluations and assist in visits with industry working groups such as Westrain, Training Program Review Board activities, Industry trend analysis, and monitoring of training effectiveness Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements Four years professional related experience.
- Two years nuclear power plant experience.
- During the two years, the individual shall have participated in the operations or training section activities.
