Chef(fe) d'équipe / Shift Lead OCV / RS
About this role
Shift lead role managing technical teams on nuclear facility outage projects at Westinghouse. Oversee quality, productivity, and safety compliance across mechanical, materials, radiation protection, or welding disciplines. Requires 10+ years of on-facility component (OFC) experience and nuclear industry expertise.
Responsibilities
- —Supervise assigned team members with focus on quality, productivity, and compliance with delivery deadlines
- —Conduct internal technical controls, inspections, and enforce safety and radiation protection regulations
- —Evaluate team performance and provide technical support and training
- —Maintain direct communication with client representatives on logistics, utilities, safety, and security
- —Document and track actions and events; participate in equipment installation/demobilization
- —Support process improvements, development, testing, and qualification activities
Qualifications
- —10+ years of on-facility component (OFC) experience in mechanical, materials, radiation protection, or welding disciplines
- —Nuclear industry knowledge and demonstrated management capabilities
- —Experience with interface management and client coordination
- —Strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility
Location
On-site at nuclear facilities during outage shutdowns; direct client-facing role on EDF sites in France
