Responsibilities
- Conduct complex business and financial analysis based on project scope and objectives
- Develop policy recommendations to management based on analysis findings
- Define protocols and requirements for data quality control
- Ensure all analysis and project work adhere to established requirements
- Provide industry expertise and apply best practices to project work
- Interact with department management and organizational leadership to identify issues warranting future projects
- Mentor junior analysts in project management, goal setting, and related areas
- Stay current on regulatory or political changes that may impact company policy decisions (including NRC regulations and nuclear licensing)
- Be available to work additional hours and alternate locations for storms, outages, and emergencies as needed
